HELLENIC COACHING ASSOCIATION – EMCC GREECE

Launched in July 2009, the Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA) is an inclusive, professional association for individual and corporate providers, buyers and trainers of coaching services.

We are:

  • Inclusive of all forms of coaching
  • Dedicated to high professional standards and aligned with International best practices
  • Socially responsible & active in making coaching a vehicle for contributing to our community & society.

 

Our Vision
To be the frame of reference for Coaching across Greece that establishes and safeguards standards of excellence for the Coaching Profession and conveys a sense of pride among coaches.

 

Our Mission
We are dedicated to professional coaching and aligned with international standards, aiming to raise awareness on the value of coaching in society, to encourage good coaching practice and to keep members abreast on latest research and expertise.

Code of Ethics
The Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA) affiliated to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) has been established to promote best practice and ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained in the coachrelationship, whatever form that might take, so that the coach environment provides the greatest opportunity for learning and development.

HCA Board:
HCA is run by the Executive Board, elected by full members for a term of 2 years.
The current board was elected in January 2016:

General Secretary: Isidoros Papamichalis
Treasurer: Haris Pipinis
Members: Christiane Pohl & Konstantinos Poulopatis

Committees:
Our activity is organised through four directorates and two functions, each lead by an Executive Board member. All HCA members are encouraged to participate in the committees. If you would like to be part of one of these committees, please contact us.

The two functions, as stipulated by our statutes, are Treasury and General Secretariat, which includes administration and membership services.
