The Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA/EMCC Greece) is pleased to announce that three years after its founding, it has recently completed all legal procedures to become officially the representation body for the coaching community in Greece.
All members of HCA/EMCC Greece as well as friends of coaching and interested parties are invited to listen to the latest trends in coaching, in a celebratory event on the 11th of October 2012 at the Amalia Hotel, at Syntagma Square (Athens).
The event will include the following presentations:
- The reality of coaching in Greece: A presentation of the results of the 2011 coaching survey conducted with coaches, coachees and organisations.
- The present and future of coaching in organisations: The point of view of the Greek HR associations (SDADE and EEDE/IMAD).
- Coaching and social contribution: The experience and results of the HCA programme in 2012.
- Purpose and action plan of the association for the next 2 years.
For this exceptional event, The Board of HCA/EMCC Greece has invited as keynote speaker Mrs. Lise Lewis, President of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, to present and discuss with the participants the latest international perspectives in coaching and mentoring.
HCA/EMCC Greece is an inclusive organisation where all kinds of coaching and mentoring approaches co-exist, creating a unique forum, to share ideas and knowledge on the power of human potential. It strongly believes that coaching and mentoring approaches to personal and professional life, because of their roots in the Ancient Greek culture, can bring a very special contribution to the organisations in Greece and to the Greek society in general.
HCA/EMCC Greece already counts more than 200 members and friends and in 2013, there will be the possibility of corporate membership, which will allow the expansion of the coaching community to all kinds of organisations.
Registration for the celebratory event will start at 6pm and the presentations will take place from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. This will be followed by a cocktail party, where the participants will have the opportunity to network and continue the various discussions.
